Bell Memorial Library, Mentone Daycare, Mentone Senior Citizens Center Mentone, Indiana Completed 2003. In this project we transformed an abandoned and dilapidated factory building in downtown Mentone into a vitally alive, multi-use community facility.



Commercial Office Warehouse building Located on Butler Rd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana Completed 2003 This building has green build features of double paned windows that are filled with Argon gas and geothermal heat, benefiting all tenants with reduced operational costs.
