Synergid Commercial is a construction company that specializes in
design-build and green build projects, renovation of
existing buildings, and service work. The word synergid
means “working together,” and the name of the company
was chosen for that reason. The company’s mission is “to
work together with our clients and partners to create
durable and cost-effective structures that contribute
beauty and harmony to our clients, partners, the
environment, and ourselves.” At Synergid Commercial we
believe that a building should support and nourish the
business it houses as well as the owners and employees
who work within its walls. We are specialists in
creating and keeping the level of communication and
support necessary to produce a high quality building,
cost-effectively, and in a timely manner.
Synergid Commercial strives to be a template of
integral wholeness for the business world. What this
means is that we strive to be consciously responsible to
our world in some fundamental ways.
- First, our desire
is that our labor will support the businesses, owners,
and employees who work inside of our buildings. We want
our work to be as supportive as the structures we build.
When we build a building, do a repair, remodel a
facility, or put a hammer to a nail in any endeavor, we
do everything that we can to make sure that we are
focused, energized, positive.
- Second, we want the
buildings we build to support the culture, core values,
and purpose of the businesses, owners, and people who
spend so much of their lives living and working there.
This goal is one that gets addressed during the design
period and may become part of the discussion in our
weekly meetings during the construction process as well.
- Third, we strive to help owners choose building design
and materials that will support the good health of those
who will be working in the environment.
- And finally,
we have the goal of doing what we can to support the
health of the environment by working with owners to
construct buildings in as “green” a way as possible.
